Hey guys,

Well I've been keeping up with the PPII program the past couple of weeks (Day 8 today) and wanted to commit to keeping a summary of my progress on these boards. I think forums like these are a great source of inspiration and motivation from like-minded individuals, so I'm only sorry that I haven't been more involved more frequently sooner.

So, on Sunday 15th August I finally sat down and reviewed the present state of my life. Having failed on a couple of occasions to genuinely follow through and keep up with PPII, this time I truly committed to completing the program with maximum effort. And so far, it's been great! So on that Sunday I set myself some goals that I wanted to achieve over the coming weeks, and shall summarize them below;

Commit to PERSONAL POWER II program for 30 days

Maintain Personal Success Journal for 30 days

Begin and maintain regular drum and guitar practice

Search for and find new band and practice room

Return to regular exercise and eating properly

Pass Motorbike Direct Access Driving Licence

Begin and continue revision for work exams

Begin and continue work towards Open University degree

Remain conscious of money and regulate spending

Stop smoking

Regulate drinking of alcohol

The format I have used each day is to initially sit down and summarize the day that I've had in my Progress Journal; how I've performed, eaten, worked, exercised, etc. Then I listen through each day's recording, whilst taking extensive notes below the day's diary entry. Finally, below that, I'll complete the exercise set by Tony for each day.

My only hesitance with this format is that it eats up at least 90 minutes of each night, but I have committed to doing things this way, and am desperate to be completely thorough on my first genuine run through PPII. Besides the extensive notes are a breeze to refer back to, and help set me up and keep me on track throughout the day, so I believe it is time well invested.

So whilst my Progress Journal entries are much more methodical and comprehensive, I still wanted to share my journey on here, since I feel that I have learnt and taken a lot from others on this subforum (Lisa, Wanda, PeacefulWarrior) and so hope that others might be able to do the same from mine. Any comments/advice that you guys care to share will be greatly appreciated, and I look forward to sharing the rest of my journey with you all!

Introduction

Healthful diets not only help prevent cancer, evidence suggests that they also improve cancer survival. The first clues that foods might affect the course of breast cancer came from studies of women in Japan in the early 1960s. Compared with Western women, Japanese women were much less likely to develop the disease and much more likely to survive it if it occurred.1 Over the next several decades, researchers have followed up on these observations to try to clarify what is the best diet for cancer survival. Although this work is still in its early stages, important information has already come to light.

"The title of this article is a Samuel Beckett quote. Some may interpret this as a negative statement because it is dwelling on failure. I disagree. In dice influencing, and life in general, I associate this quote with the oft cited, “When at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.” Here’s why.

Let’s face it. Every hand that a precision shooter throws, be they novice or journeyman shooter, eventually ends with failure. Whether the hand lasts three rolls, or ten or thirty rolls, an eventual unintended seven arrives in due course.

If we were capable of throwing a perfectly executed controlled toss every time, perhaps this would not be the case, but the bottom line is we CAN’T throw a perfectly executed toss every time. The seven is inevitable. This is a fact of life for a precision shooter. This doesn’t mean that you should live in fear of the seven. As I’ve stated before, as a precision shooter, if you’re shooting in fear of the seven, you are giving it power over you.

We’ve established then that for every hand you throw as a dice influencer, it will end in failure. We aren’t going to dwell on the negative aspects of that right now. The purpose of this article is to determine whether you are getting the most out of those failures at the tables."

Well.....I thought that as I'm entering a new phase of my life, I'll let you join into my adventures and experiences in finding my lover (I was thinking what word I could use for lover...intimate lover, lover for life, partner, s/o, ....)

Anyway....I subscribed to 3 datingsites the last 3 days and well.....it's been interesting and fun.
I know...I'll be carefull, I won't believe everything they say...etc.

I must say that I'm already learning alot. Although I don't have a pic up on my profile, I do get responces.
There is someone who is already at the end. In his eyes, we're a perfect match and he can't wait to meet.
I know that in my mind, I used to go to the end already too. How suffocating!!!
I can practise on being honest. I used to fear rejection when being honest. I don't have that now....WOOHOO
Haha.....and someone put his weight in his first message......and in messaging him back...I did the same...lol. It would have never crossed my mind before.
I feel it when there is no click and I don't mind saying it and I let a person know when it's a just being friends click.

And I've gotten some really great questions. Someone asked me what love means to me. Ahhhh.

There is another thing that kinda bugs me. I look at the looks. Am I that shallow? I know there is more. On one site you don't see the pic untill you've chatted long enough...so that's a great way to get to know eachother before seeing eachother.
But still......can I fall in love with an overweigth person? Could I? I really am aware how shallow this is. And what it would mean to me (being overweight) if anyone else would think this way. It's not the way I think, but it's me trying to find out how I think and what I would do. Oh...on one site I actually put my weight on....and men respond anyway. That was a surprise to me :p

Anyway....enjoying it so far.

Oh....why datingsites.....well....it's not fun always going out alone. Sometimes...ok...but all the time...no. Not many of my friends go out.

Oh again...and there is something else. There is someone on my mind alot of the time. I find him very interesting, but....I'm also not sure if I'm not projecting my wants on him (that it's an illusion). He certainly does meet some of my wants. Important ones. But still.

Anyway....just wanted to share my journey in this. And if someone has some good/awesome advise.....don't hesitate to share.

Love,
Jacky

PS: mind you....I haven't beeninto the dating game for about 17 years!!!

Those of you who have read my recent posts have probably understood that I have been quite the emotional train wreck for the past five months (possibly for the last ten years or so.) My marriage was hanging on by a thread because I embodied misery - the world was out to get me. It seemed like the demons from my past were always lurking, just waiting for the right time to re-manifest. My career was a source of constant struggle and failure. The biggest obstacle to my success was my own mind because I believed that everything that I worked so hard to achieve was going to be taken away from me in the blink of an eye.

I am very happy to say now that my marriage is on solid ground, and my career is now a source of contentment rather than a source of frustration.

I received a call from my supervisor on Friday. He called to compliment me on some work that I have done recently. It was the first call of its kind that I have received from him in a long, long time. It was a small gesture, but it meant a lot to me.

I really feel new...like I flipped some switch. When my wife threatened to leave me because she had enough of my doom and gloom, I woke up and realized that my current behavior was going to lead me further down the road to nothingness. If I continued on the path that I was on, I was going to lose everything - my wife, my job, my home...everything. How could I have allowed that to happen? Well, when it was happening, I was not aware of it. I thought that everything I was doing was just fine. I had it all together and I was handling the adversity in my life like a champ. It wasn't until I analyzed the outside perceptions of me (feedback from my wife, my boss, and my coworkers) that I realized that I was on the road to ruin.

Maybe some of you are in the same situation. Maybe adversity has entered your life and you think you are handling it well. Listen to those outside sources. Listen to the universe. Realize that it is all a choice - you can choose to remain on the path that you are on or you can flip the switch.

Hi,

I do react on electromagnetic fields, especially to those from cell phones and WLANs but also to other forms of them.

It took very long till I recognized that my severe health challenges are related to EMF.

For a long time I suffered from concentration disorders, loss of short-term memory, exhaustion and problems with speaking.

1,5 years ago I started with Tonys living health programm. I did everything he mentioned there. I got results, but the results were far away from what I wanted. After over a year applying his strategies and not getting the results I was after, I looked very precisely for what maybe was missing. After a while I discovered on the page with the "cycle of imbalance" radiation, that would have a harmful effect on the body.

I already red this a year ago, when I first started to use the program, but I never thought radiation could cause my health challenges. But with so much pain I was suffering with, I started to decrease my exposure level to EMF.

Well, it worked! Reducing the expusure level to EMF was the missing puzzle. After more and more time was passing in which I reduced my exposure level drastically (and did all the other things recommended in LH), my heath challenges ( loss of short-term memory, exhaustion and problems with speaking to mention only the bigegst ones) did go away more and more.

Luckily I live very remote in a valley, where we don't have any exposure from outside (like from cell phone antennas), so it was completely in my control to reduce EMF.

Unfortunately I discovered pretty fast, that my symptoms were missing when I'm at home (very low exposure level)and were present when a cell phone or other forms of EMF are near my head, or if I am just in bigger cities.

My experiences with EMF are pretty extreme. When I'm at home a day or two (very low radiation level) my concentration and my short term capacity are full available, but if somebody talks with a cordless phone or a cell phone near my head, my concentration is completely gone.

This is real! I don't have any negative beliefs about cell phones and WLANs or other kind of EMF that would cause these effects. That's just ridiculous. I really do have these effects. They are completely real!

Tony also was affected by the EMF, his wireless headset was emitting. testimonials for qlink pendants, airtube headsets, cell chip technology, Research Center for Wireless Technology - QLink Pendant Testimonials Research
Qlinks help (I actually have two of them, one on my neck ad one on my back), but the effects EMF have on me are still much too big.

In the moment I take this challenge with a smile on my face and always ask myself quality questions. But I get more and more to a point, where I just don't know what to do. What should I do if my concentration is completely gone when I get radiated strongly (that's for me almost everywhere in public places)??

How should I participate in the world? I'm only 22years old now, but how should I study in university or anywhere else if my concentration is gone and my short-term memory too in highly exposured places etc.?

I didn't get any answers to that question. What would you say?

I would be very glad for help from people who believe in the dangers of EMF.

P.S.:Here's a recently published documentary about EMF (especially about cell phones and antennas). It was a pretty costly endeavour. The film wa made in 10different countries and 6 us federal states. It won 5 awards. A must see for everyone who values his/her health: Full Signal

Slight problem, I'm not good at computer editing. I have a friend, who also does stuff at public access, he's great at the computer stuff like editing. I've let him know I want him to design the website and edit my vids but he keeps making excuses. I know he wants me to learn to do it on my own but I need a team of competent individuals who I can delegate to. How do I diplomatically negotiate with him what I need done as well as deciding how much to pay him. I can get him cheap but if he's unwilling to cooperate or too busy with his own projects to do what I need him to do then how do I create a team. Cuz me doing this all by myself is a bad strategy.
